How do I install my neon sign?
- Stand off screws mounted to walls, we include standoff screws Β
- Hang them with hanging wires (hanging wires can be requested)
- Use command strips (great choice if the placement is temporary)
Do you include the mounting accessories?
We include stand-off screws in all of our packages, and hanging wires can be requested!
Can I hang my sign on drywall or brick?
Yes. We include drywall anchors and stand-off screws in every package. For brick, youβll need a masonry drill.
Is professional installation required?
Not at all, installation is fairly simple and can be done by yourself but if you need a helping hand we have established partnerships with trusted professionals who specialize in indoor sign installations. If you're in the greater Vancouver area, their fees range from $100 to $500, depending on the complexity of the installation. Please note that there is an upfront deposit required.

Can I plug my neon sign into a regular wall outlet?
Yup! You can plug your sign into a regular wall outlet and if itβs one of our LED-neon signs, it comes with a transformer/power supply that converts standard outlet voltage (120 V in Canada) down to whatever the sign needs (often 12β24 V) for safe operation.
How do I mount a neon sign outdoors?
Our Outdoor Neon Signs are rated IP65 and completely waterproof and weatherproof.

Can I mount the sign on a backdrop or flower wall for events?
Yes absolutely! You can hang your sign using the included hanging wire or zip ties. There are predrilled holes in the acrylic backboard.
How do I use the dimmer remote?
Once the dimmer is connected between the sign and the power supply, you're all set up! Use the buttons on the remote to adjust brightness or choose from flashing modes.
