We know you’re excited. Most domestic orders ship within 3-4 business days of ordering from. Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 6-8 business days to arrive to you! Please allow an additional 2-3 processing days during sale periods and holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Since our neon signs are made to order, order cancellation must be done within 24 hours before we get started making it. Once your order is in production, it can’t be cancelled or modified

Our signs are designed right here in Vancouver, BC, Canada, as we are a local business dedicated to serving our community. We believe in supporting local craftsmanship, and that's why the majority of our signs are sourced and made in Vancouver. However, as our business continues to expand, we have established studios both in Canada and China to meet the growing demand and ensure prompt delivery without compromising the quality that our customers expect from us.
