SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We know you’re excited. For all orders, you should expect to receive your sign in hand within 10-14 days after order confirmation (for indoor and water-resistant signs)! And 2-3 weeks for outdoor waterproof signs. Doesn't matter where you are in the world! Please allow an additional 2-3 processing days during sale periods and holidays.

Since our neon signs are made to order, order cancellation must be done within 24 hours before we get started making it. Once your order is in production, it can’t be cancelled or modified.

Taxes are collected at checkout so you won't be getting hit with any unexpected fees. Every order has duties prepaid (except UK and Europe).
