Most domestic orders ship within 2-3 business days of ordering from. Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 6-8 business days to arrive to you! Please allow an additional 2-3 processing days during sale periods and holidays.

Since our neon signs are made to order, order cancellation must be done within 24 hours before we get started making it. Once your order is in production, it can’t be cancelled or modified
