Plan your Florida sign before choosing the style
Start with where people will see the sign. A close-up photo wall needs a different layout from lettering read across a shop floor. Florida also brings a practical choice: an indoor display, a window facing daylight or a sign exposed to the weather. Include that detail in your brief so we can discuss the appropriate construction.
Storefronts and reception areas
Send a straight-on photo of the wall or window, its usable width and the distance from which customers should read the sign. For a reception logo, leave space around the lettering. For a window, tell us whether the design faces in or out and whether blinds, tint or reflections affect the view.
Restaurants, hotels and creative spaces
An interior logo can become the fixed point in a dining room, hotel lounge or studio set. Describe the background colour and nearby lighting. We can review the artwork for LED neon, or quote backlit letters, frontlit signage and other illuminated options when your branding calls for a more solid form.
Weddings and personal gifts
For a wedding, measure the backdrop rather than guessing from a screen mockup. Share how the sign will hang and where power is available. For a gift, choose a name, phrase or interest that belongs to the recipient, then size it for the wall where it will live.
A useful brief saves another round of emails
You do not need a finished specification to ask for help. A logo file, rough dimensions, delivery ZIP code and a photo of the space give us a starting point. Add your preferred colour, indoor or outdoor use, mounting surface and required date. If the design includes small text, tell us which words must remain readable.
For multiple sites, include the number of signs and whether each wall is the same size. Keep the original logo file available so letter proportions and spacing can be reviewed consistently. Large illuminated signs and complex commercial work receive a project-specific quote and timeline.

How much does a custom neon sign cost?

Can I use my sign outdoors in Florida?
Tell us before ordering if the sign will be exposed to rain, sun or moisture. Outdoor use needs the appropriate specification, including the power supply and mounting arrangement. We will discuss your application; a standard indoor sign should not be treated as an outdoor sign.
What if I need the sign for an opening date?
Our usual custom LED neon timeframe is 10β14 days from ordering to receiving the sign. Share your required date and delivery ZIP code before payment so the team can confirm feasibility. Complex illuminated business signs have their own quoted schedule.
