Think through the route from entrance to counter
Jacksonville's Riverside and Avondale neighbourhoods include independent shops, restaurants and coffee spots. For a business in a shared building or a long shop unit, the sign needs to make sense along the customer's actual route. Show us the entrance view as well as the wall where you want the logo.
Reception and shared commercial spaces
A reception sign can confirm that a visitor has reached the right business. Give us the distance between the entrance and desk, then check that staff, monitors and furniture will not hide the main wording. A solid logo may suit illuminated letters; an outline or script may suit LED neon.
CafΓ©s, shops and window displays
For a shop window, decide whether the display should face the street or the interior. Include window tint and the available width in the brief. If the sign's job is simply to show opening status, compare our ready-made open signs before commissioning a larger custom logo.
Podcast and recording backgrounds
A studio logo needs to fit the camera frame as well as the wall. Send the approximate shot and background colour. Check the lettering size at the framing you use most, and leave room for the speaker's head and shoulders so the brand name is not covered in every recording.
Give each Jacksonville site its own measurements
